By creating an account or using Review Pilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-trial users and paid subscribers.
Review Pilot is a cloud-based reputation management platform that aggregates reviews from Google Business Profile and other sources as they become supported, provides AI-assisted response generation, and enables review-request campaigns. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at office@reviewpilot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Review Pilot and its underlying software, design, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your data (review content, customer lists, response templates). You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google) via their APIs. Continued availability of any integration is not guaranteed and depends on those platforms' policies. We are not liable for changes or disruptions to third-party APIs.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will be suitable for publication without human review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Pilot's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
