We started Review Pilot because the global reputation tools didn’t speak our languages, didn’t support our platforms, and cost ten times what an SMB in Sofia, Bucharest or Kraków could justify.
In 2024, our founder ran a small hotel group in Sofia. Every Monday morning meant 30 minutes copy-pasting reviews from Google into a spreadsheet, then writing replies in Bulgarian, English and the occasional Romanian.
The Western tools cost more than payroll software. The local ones didn’t have AI. So we built Review Pilot - first for ourselves, then for the operators around us. Today it serves hundreds of businesses across Bulgaria, Romania and Poland.
Reputation is the single biggest lever for an SMB’s growth - and the most under-resourced. Our job is to give a one-person team the same review operations as a 50-person enterprise marketing department.
We do that by being opinionated about defaults, ruthless about jargon, and uncompromising about local language support.
BG, RO and PL aren’t afterthoughts. Every feature ships in all three languages from day one, with the platforms our customers actually use.
Transparent monthly pricing. No setup fees, no per-seat tax, no aggressive auto-renewal. The price you see is the price you pay.
Every customer gets a named onboarding contact - someone who speaks your language and understands your market. Not a chatbot, not a queue.
13 people in Sofia, Bucharest and Warsaw. Engineers, support, and people who used to run the kind of business we now serve.
We hire deliberately. Most of our team came from companies who were our customers first. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or local services and want to build software for that world - we want to talk.
Currently hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Bucharest), Customer Success Lead (Warsaw), Growth Marketer (Sofia or remote Central & Eastern Europe).
A 20-minute walkthrough with our onboarding team - in BG, RO, PL or EN.
