1. What Gets Deleted
If you disconnect a Google account from Review Pilot, or delete your Review Pilot account entirely, we delete:
- Your account data (name, email, company, password hash).
- Any stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected platforms.
- Review content, reviewer names, and ratings synced from your connected Google listings.
- Business, location, and platform-connection records tied to your account.
Deleting a connection or your account does not delete anything from Google itself - it only removes the copy Review Pilot synced and stops future syncing.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
- From your account - go to Locations, remove a platform connection to stop syncing that platform's data, or contact us to close your account entirely.
- By email - send a deletion request to privacy@reviewpilot.com from the email address associated with your account, specifying whether you want a single platform connection removed or your entire account and all associated data deleted.
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
