Google Business Profile. Facebook, Booking.com, Tripadvisor and eMAG are on the roadmap.

02 ·Are AI responses available in BG, RO and PL ?

Yes - Review Pilot auto-detects the language of each incoming review and generates the response in that exact language. English is also fully supported across all tiers.

03 ·Does review requesting comply with Google's guidelines ?

Absolutely. We send invitations to all customers without filtering by sentiment - fully in line with Google's policies. We never incentivise or gate reviews.

04 ·Where is data hosted ? Is it GDPR compliant ?

All data is hosted on Hetzner Cloud in Frankfurt and Helsinki - fully within the EU. We are GDPR compliant and provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.

05 ·Can I change or cancel my plan at any time ?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. No lock-in periods and no cancellation fees - ever.

06 ·How does the agency white-label work ?

White-label features (custom domain, your logo, client billing) are available on Agency Pro (€299/mo). Both Agency and Agency Pro include the multi-client panel and reseller billing. Your clients see your brand - not ReviewPlane. Per-business billing keeps costs predictable as you grow.
